Individual Training
I’m here to help you in achieving your fitness goals, which includes
improving muscular endurance, strengthening cardiovascular
capabilities, and increasing physical flexibility. I will create a
specific workout routine for my clients to help achieve extra weight
loss, speed, and muscle toning.
Cardio Fitness
Cardiorespiratory training will increase your heart, lungs, and
muscular endurance. Through HIIT (high-intensity-interval training)
and various circuit training exercises, we will meet your aerobic
needs while increasing that feeling of well-being.
Weight loss and Toning
Metabolic resistance training is a combination that includes 3
modalities which target healthy fat loss through cardio, nutrition,
and weight resistance training. This will boost your metabolism to
burn that unwanted fat and tone your body to a healthier you.
Senior Fitness
Medical science has proven that exercising on a regular basis helps to
minimize the effects of aging disabilities. Yes, increased levels of
physical exercise in the aging population can have a positive effect
on mortality and functional independence for older adults.
Personalized senior fitness programs are targeted to improve
flexibility, strength, agility, coordination, balance, and posture.
Couples Training
Bring a friend or partner and embark on a fitness journey together,
that will be fun and challenging while aiming toward your fitness
goals. Improve your physique while having the motivation and support
of your gym partner and holding accountability for each others’
progress.
Strength Training
When properly performed, strength training can provide significant
functional benefits and improvement in overall health and well-being.
Strength training will increase bone density, muscle, tendons, and
ligament strength. It can reduce potential for injury and improve
joint function, aside from many other benefits
Nutritional Guidance
When it comes to nutrition, there is no “one diet” plan that fits all.
By establishing a healthy understanding of the food you eat, you will
incorporate all aspects of your physical, social, medical, and mental
health, which will help improve your quality of life.
